Cadboro Bay Home

This family wanted to gain privacy on their front patio while also improving their landscaping. Soil retention was needed to help a slowly eroding garden mound. A coastal, easy-breezy aesthetic was part of the brief, along with a more cottage garden feel for the back yard. Boulders were added to give the garden structure, retain the existing mound, and prevent further soil erosion onto the adjacent pathway. A new wooden screen replaced a rickety archway and gave instant privacy to the front patio.
