Vic West Family Home

This family with two young children wanted to create a traditional English cottage garden featuring a small lawn and a welcoming front fence, arbor, and gate. The design incorporated cottage garden flowers throughout the front yard, while also addressing the need for functionality. With extra parking space as a priority, the layout was carefully planned to accommodate two cars parked side-by-side, with steps leading directly from the parking area to the front entry. As the family primarily uses the front yard in the evenings and after school, the focus was on plants that would provide a pleasant fragrance in the late afternoon and evening, creating a sensory experience as they enter their home.
